We have a wide selection of stock & template layouts for property signs. They are available in either PolyMetal or PolyEthylene plastic. They can be predrilled at no extra charge.

Polymetal is an extremely durable & rigid material that is composed of an aluminum face on the front & back, with a resin core. It is 3mm thick and has an expected longevity of 7 years or more. This is the best material for permanent signs for display on exterior buildings, fences & other structures.

Our more economical option is .055 polyethylene plastic. This high density plastic withstands the coldest temperatures and will not yellow or crack like styrene plastic. It has a 3-5 year expected longevity. This material tends to bow a bit at larger sizes.
